Bridging Systems

Who decides?

There are many contentious, normative questions regarding the objectives we build into systems that allocate our attention. The following two papers explore ways to inform or make such decisions: collective response systems (software), and small deliberative groups of randomly selected stakeholders (e.g., citizen assemblies).
